  • Fan goes on pitch, shouts in face of someone, gets a push and a kick.
Fan is the dickhead right? Why should you take that abuse at work?

  • how on earth can Everton allow that to happen?

It would require them to demonstrate some competence in the running of a football club, not sure they have the capability

  • The organisation point is fair, it should have been better. But we’re not the only team that’s had incidents with fans on the pitch getting involved with opposing players.

  • True but a deduction of a few points from you would send a clear message to everyone.

  • Would it, though? I mean, I’d be right behind it if I thought it would help.

  • It would never happen at Arsenal. You would have to wake the fans up first.

  • Pitch invasion for making the Europa Conference.

  • city fans would have to scramble over the 8 ft advertising hoardings pitch side to get to the villa players
that should give them time to get to the dressing room after they tonk city

Cancel the pitch invasion, the lawyers have arrived.

  • Blame Steve Gibson and Boro for making a precedent. This sort of thing will now start to become the norm.

  • Tale as old as time 🎶

  • Our finances are a joke, tbf.

  • It’s funny cos it’s true. “Worst” season in decades and it’s been the most exciting and emotional. Feels amazing, been grinning all day.

Feel sorry for all you saps fighting it out for mid table mediocrity and the europa conference. Most of us are already relegated from the top 4 before we start. Come and slum it down here in the relegation dogfight, stare into the abyss for a bit, make you feel alive.

  • I do think that fan went down very easily.

  • top post dude. much lol.

kinda chuffed everton stayed up. just from you posting here. kinda want burnley to survive for the same reason for @aggi

we don't seem to have any leeds fans on here.

  • full disclosure. I have a soft spot for Leeds. and kinda wanted them to stay up.

    but then that ayling challenge
    and then the james challenge

in both scenarios they could have got to the ball and made the tackle, without the ferocity to follow through. but they both followed through completely unneccesarily. totally stupid. and dangerous.

so not fussed if they don't beat the drop on Sunday.

  • Lots of Mackems in trafalgar square ahead of their playoff final tomorrow. As a Newcastle fan, I actually want Sunderland to get promoted. I miss derby days and their are very few true northern (nufc, safc, boro, carlisle, darlo etc) teams in the upper echelons of the pyramid.

  • Cheers jonny! You’re a good egg. It’s proper knife edge stuff at the bottom. I reckon it’ll be Leeds going down though. I’d take a home game to stay up over most aways. If it’s Burnley I’ll be disappointed for aggi but will have a chuckle at the morons who flew a ‘white lives matter Burnley’ banner over the etihad.

  • could be some crazy shit yet mind

  • Go on Sunderland. Have a soft spot for Sunderland having lived up there and have a few friends who follow the club.

  • Mbappe decides to give having ambition a pass

  • Mbappe saves football by staying at childhood club instead of moving to “Galacticos”

It’s a win for the little guys really.

  • Just off for a few beers before watching Atalanta's last game of the season. The big question is, can I make it back to London in time to be disappointed by Arsenal tomorrow?

  • There’s always time to be disappointed by arsenal.
