Super interested pending some questions about tyre clearance. Already got a good track bike but want something with more clearance esp at the back.

Specifically looking for a frame that can fit 700cx35mm or bigger on the back, and as much or a little less on the front using a long drop caliper.

@Calumonwheels the Genesis won't take anything larger than 30mm so definitely not what you're looking for. The road bike style caliper brakes are a dead giveaway.
