The what now? Amazing! I had no idea!

Right? Just an extra couple of days off, innit.

I don't normally get bank holidays but my current main customer is an American with an obsession with the royal family and pageantry so I expect that he'll be hosting some sort of jubilee garden party or something. This hopefuly means I'll actually be able to take these ones.

He also mentioned that he'll probably close the company for a few days when the Queen dies.

Whether or not you have an issue with the concept of royalty I’m fairly sure that few can deny that the Queen is personally a good egg. I will raise a glass.

Totally agree. Although to be fair, the Queen's private life is extremely private. The company she keeps is not in the public domain. Believe it or not she dies have a social life that is a closely guarded secret.

And as some of you guys have previously accused me of being a royalist, I'll spell it out. I'm sure some of her mates are right cunts. We just don't know who they are.

I've had it muted since we moved here in 2019. It's mostly bin chat, management company for the green areas chat & random shit about plumbing or whatever else has gone wrong in peoples homes.

People essentially use it instead of Google.

I think I've probably been to half the AGMs we've had for our flats in the 12 years since we've been here and even that seems too much of my time.

I occasionally look on our local Nextdoor page, and it's much the same thing. Absolute dross.

This is the only time it's proven useful as I can now be literally anywhere but our street when the party is happening.

I saw a fucking crown on a postbox yesterday, I'm amazed it hasn't been vandalised yet, I'll check on it a few more times then vandalise it.

I’m pretty certain that there is not a man jack on here who doesn’t have a friend or family member who has done something utterly reprehensible. Pretty sure none of us have got to nearly a hundred years old without a known stain on their character.
