I had wrapped it in electrical tape but still scuffed up a bit as pictures show.

Drive side middle fork mount has came loose and turns in the fork - I imagine a clever person could resolve such things. This happened after a tour with blackburn outpost cages - All other bolts seem to be ok and have used for bottle cages + a strap on the drive side.
