Looking for a week, all inclusive, that isn't completely diabolical.
Previously we have been to Mallorca (terrible, very cheap), Tunisia (great pools, awful food, moderately cheap), Fuerteventura (generally favourable, but long transfers) and Cape Verde (rotten guts when I came back, generally awful there)
These were all in the before times, probably over a 12 year period too, so not recent experiences.
Current front runner is Mexico, but has a 145 minute transfer, which is too long after a dozen hours on a plane.
Any suggestions on favourable experiences?
No specific locations in mind, as long as it is sunny, hot and away from work.
books, booze and chilling is the main wants from the holiday, rather than day trips, excursions and activities.
What is the driver for all-inclusive? Generally, I'd just say go to Provence, hire a stunning airbnb with incredible views, stock the fridge with delicious local wine and food. Relax by the pool with your book?
Dredge!
