Would you know if the BB would work with Campag cranks? Dibs if so or if anyone knows
Obviously the thing to do here is buy your chainset and bb, but am short of cash :)

Should work with Campagn cranks as long they are square taper. Axle length depends also on your frame.

I tried a 101mm Campag bb and offered up the cranks, which need about another 5mm each side to clear the chainstays
So this would likely work but, but…
