    You can make a decent amount of cash from shoots if your house ticks a few boxes. It is, however, incredibly disruptive/invasive so can understand not living there during them - we've moved out a few times for bigger shoots. Not sure it would make financial sense to have a whole separate house just for that though!

  • A friend did a shoot there so I have their invoice. Could well be enough to do one a month and cover the mortgage (especially if planning to flip after a couple years)

  • If you can get one a month...the more it's used the less popular it becomes. But that place looks like it offers a few different options and if for editorials/photoshoots rather than film/TV they can probably pack them in.
    As I said you can do well from them. We've had 2 decent size TV series in this year and a couple of ads so they have paid for holidays. We have had the hall painted 4 times though which was a pain.
