My Genesis has Pacenti Forza (disc) rims, did think it a little odd with asymmetry on the front but there's no performance impact in my experience. I'd definitely want a wider rim like the Forza with 35mm tyres.
Would it be weird to have an asymmetric front rim?
Pacenti only seem to have the disc Forza in asymmetric.
If I go with the Kinlin XR31 RTS Spa Cycles have them for £55 but only asymmetric - I've found symmetric elsewhere but for £71.
Because of the Pacenti rim amnesty I can get a pair of asymmetric Forzas for £130, a pair of asymmetric XR31's for £110. So the Forzas are a bit lighter and have 1mm wider internal width for £20 a pair more - trying to work out if this is actually worth it or not, especially given continuing quality rumours about the Forzas. I'll be running 35c tyres if that makes any difference...
