Had amazing 2 days on Dorset gravel dash. Great crew.
Bike absolutely bangs.@BareNecessities I used those inner bar ends a fair bit, the expression alone on @cake 's face when he put his hands on them makes them worth it.
I lost my thru axle in a hurry to make it to local co op for beers before it closes; took bike off the rack, left the axle on the roof and drove off lol .. had to do fair bit of logistical wizardry to get one. That and one fork bag ejection when things were a bit sendy
Drinking out of bladder was no issue, so full frame bag makes total sense, I ended up using a small saddle bag to put my jacket in so I could use the dropper. The only two things I'd change is get smaller dry bags for those fork cages, thinner but taller and warmer sleeping bag. I think I need a dropper compatible saddle bag too.
I had lots of leftover room in my frame bag and one of the stem bags was also empty, shame couldnt find a nice place to dangle the mug. The folding stool is an essential if you are a naturephobe like me.
Did the whole thing with just baggy shorts (no bibs), barefoot shoes and DMR V6 plastic pedals, very comfy overall.
I really enjoyed sleeping in a tent, slept really well albeit my sleeping bag was so so shit for the cold.
Ride itself is primo gravel. Highly recommended.

quite easy to use brakes with those 'bar ends' FYI, and the AXS shifter downshift works too, for up shift you need to take your hands off those, not a big deal, highly rate it, plus you will know who your real friends are once you install them

Thanks. I was considering them for my Ogre, which is singlespeed anyway
