    A mate's old flatmate was a bit like that. He'd more or less served in the places he said he'd served but as support staff, not the unit of the special forces he alleged. The very sad thing was that when it all came out he was bullshitting, he was obviously very embarrassed and moved/stopped communicating with people but, as I said, his actual army service was very good, albeit just a little dull.

  • Sorry wasn't clear, he believed he was Andy McNabb. The same as the guy that thought he was the son of god. That level of disassociation.
