I’ve used one of these (https://www.toolstation.com/pipe-bending-spring/p37655?store=KA&utm_source=googleshopping&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=googleshoppingfeed&mkwid=_dm&pcrid=558571386879&pkw=&pmt=&gclid=CjwKCAjwjtOTBhAvEiwASG4bCKUU1i4unHzVFi-Q2NI8TGKY-teT25lsZ2XkNdTttLE-Ans52JhXWRoCyJEQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds) to bend stays before, just put them inside the spring instead of putting the spring inside for copper pipe. You still have to be gentle though.
Or if you want to see what you’re doing these ( https://www.screwfix.com/p/lever-tube-bender-6-8-9mm/17898?tc=BT2&ds_kid=92700055262507126&ds_rl=1244066&gclid=CjwKCAjwjtOTBhAvEiwASG4bCEX52cPOwq5XubHAauBgBMXjsvT-w33GxuvQEoxAqc6DJchr1aSephoCa2IQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds) work really well for a little more investment.
has anyone bent Tubus rack stays? Whats the technique? They are so light, I am worried I'll break it.
