Nope.
I've seen fake deaths, fake "I've got terminal cancer", even fake "I was raped".
It's all horrifying to witness, all starts slow and becomes incrementally unbelievable... but enough people get carried along that when it implodes (and it always does because they just cannot seem to stop themselves) then it's usually a mess as the communities themselves are split between those who saw it and those who didn't.

It's just people... it's not this place, it's just people... they're everywhere.
