I’ve got one for you all. I found it hanging up in the shed when we moved into our new place. The dropouts are Reynolds. Any ideas what it’s supposed to fit?
This is from an early Isla-bikes tag along bike. It’s the rack part which attaches to the adult bike. Isla bikes first product I think - back in 90s
The child part attaches to the upside down dropouts with a skewer
