What's the internal rim/model of the stayers? If 12mm front and rear then v interested

They are rim brake wheels, not disc. Does that answer your question?

Link should work for photos of the tubs. Tread is good and they hold air, but sidewalls are a bit grubby. On reflection £30 maybe fairer price.

You can see there is a scratch on the lower cup, purely cosmetic from cable rub. Definitely needs new seal and snap ring kit.
