What bits can't you remove? (I've just done a full groupset swap so have nearly all the toolz).
And how much for the tyres?

I will give it a miss as I would be running mechanical and need the cable guide and bottom cover which yours is missing. Trying to source a replacement seems headache.

Right... bike has been mostly broken down and is going to my LBS to have the bits I can’t get to removed. Shifters, brake calipers, wheels, tyres, saddle and stem are all still available... frame might’ve gone to @SpokeShed.
