They have their own division with DIY drones. Dropping those explosives needs something chunkier than the small DJI.
There is currently a bit of a conflict between DJI and Ukraine. DJI claims to take no sides and has or tried to disable all use in the conflict zone. On the other hand the Russians are using DJI Aeroscopes to pinpoint the drone pilots and then shell them.
A German company is helping the Ukrianians to hack the DJI protocols and fake the positions.
