I thought their sportswashing oil-baron owner was being forced to sell the club?

He’s got a new car out soon. Imagine this is something of a PR opportunity. Cannot for one minute believe he couldn’t have submitted a serious bid prior to the deadline, with his ‘British bid for a British club’ rhetoric.
