Back on topic, one can point at the ultra-dense residential popping up in zone 2/3, and yes, density is welcome in places in theory, with so much pressure on land. but they are hopeless condiminium designs, silo-designed dormitories, completely devoid of modern thinking.Back to the Modern House and the Farrow&ballisation of Leytonstone
