The cancer theories are far fetched but Putin exhibits classic symptoms of Parkinson's. Meeting Lukashenko the other day he was forced to shove his right hand against his chest to stop it shaking. Then his right leg began to tremble. You never see Putin gesticulate when making speeches because he has to grip on to something to stop the tremors. He probably hopes no one has noticed.
