That’s a loaded question!

I pretty much exclusively use the 50mm f2 WR on my X-T2 as its my preferred focal length (and is an insanely good lens) but it’s considered too long for most people as a walk-about.

The wider f2 primes (23 & 35mm) are equally as optically strong and are more useable for general purpose.

I also have an X100 and really enjoy it's 23mm.

Tl;dr 23 or 35 primes

Hah - I should have been more specific. I've got the 35mm F2 (50mm equivalent from memory) but wanted a better range of focal lengths without having to carry multiple lenses. Probably asking too much.

16 f2.8, 35 f2 and 50f2 would be a compact trio and probably weigh about the same as a zoom, but you do have to fiddle with changing lenses.
