That’s a loaded question!
I pretty much exclusively use the 50mm f2 WR on my X-T2 as its my preferred focal length (and is an insanely good lens) but it’s considered too long for most people as a walk-about.
The wider f2 primes (23 & 35mm) are equally as optically strong and are more useable for general purpose.
I also have an X100 and really enjoy it's 23mm.
Tl;dr 23 or 35 primes

And in a similar vein any Fuji users got a recommendation for an all rounder lens? Don't want to carry multiple lenses with me hiking, used to have the 18-55mm kit lens which wasn't amazing but gave a decent range of focal lengths.
If the 18-55mm wasn't good enough, it'll probably take the 16-55 f2.8 to impress but it looks a bit heavy for hiking. Anyway, as the owner of the 16-80 f4 zoom, a x100/23mm, 12mm and 35 f1.4, the answer is to grab a single prime. My zoom is looking very dusty.
...or wait, maybe next year the sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 will be available.
