Thanks! It’s already a mid-rise.
I think these come with a firm block as standard. I can’t honestly say that I notice the suspension doing anything at all.
So either it isn’t doing anything at all, or it is, and it would be arse-batteringly bad without it.
Let’s see whether a change of saddle and a bit more acclimatisation do the trick first.
