Yeah I think @yeahdext had the exact same experience.
I agree that anything 3t make in carbon seems to be the same level of quality as shitty £17 Aliexpress carbonz

I was lured by the sale prices on these ordered one a while back and had the same seatpost problems widely reported and didn't stand for the just tighten it way over spec until it stops slipping advice given because it i damage it that will clearly be my fault despite being advised by 3t to do so. I drove merlin mad and got barclaycard involved and managed to get a refund and picked up a rim brake Argon nitrogen instead from them which has been faultless even with an aero post with integrated clamp. I had a warranty replacement on a set of 3t wheels as well so apart from finishing kit i think 3t are shit
