Tore up my shoulder and I can’t bend my right arm back to grip squat bar. Shoulder has been taking months to heal and may need surgery.
I am trying to substitute leg presses for now.
Does anybody have suggestions for other squat substitutes?
If this will be ongoing could be worth trying to find a gym with a safety squat bar, a belt squat machine or a hack squat. Not sure on the exact position that's troubling you but a buffalo/duffalo bar might be a possibility too.
