Not sure if that's a Di2 hole in the downtube and if so whether it's new?

Yep.

That’s DBAD. I’ve had it with Andy for a bit of work to add di2 routing.

Kept with the white as a nod to the original.

I’m moving out to Ho Chi Minh City next month for work so looking forward to having this to get around on and use for further travels in SE Asia for Audax
