Not having the fans that flew a ‘white lives matter’ banner from an actual fucking plane at Number 20. (No disrespect, aggi)

I’m not old enough to remember the last time Derby were in the 3rd tier and I was really hoping that the team could make the impossible happen and overturn the 21 point deficit, but we’ve come up short with a team of teenagers and over 30s players who are past their prime.
However, the passion and togetherness of the Derby supporters has never been so strong and there’s one person who has brought everyone together while the club is been going through it’s shittest time in its history. Rooney.
Honestly, he’s been the glue that has kept the team together, given young players the confidence to go out and play against seasoned pros without fear, kept the pressure on the administrators to sort out the finances while trying to hold on to whatever players we can, kept the supporters believing that we have something to fight for and much much more. The guy is class.

Got to say, even as a Forest fan I hate to see Derby go down in this manner.

Salah's a bit overated isn't he
-
• #160882
Yeah yeah Salah chat fair tonight. Has been shit still.
Bruno is a shitbag twat.

• #160883
29 goals this season would suggest otherwise, although it probably could have been closer to 40 if it was Salah of two seasons ago.

that first half by thiago

9-0 aggregate against united this season, happy days -

It's worth remembering that United could have signed Thiago but opted for Felliani instead.

Think of it as an opportunity to visit the shit grounds of the clubs who don’t often feature in the higher tiers of the English game. Like Ipswich.

The 2nd goal for liverpool was wonderful that pass from Mane just as good as the Modric one last week. Uuurgh liverpool might win the league
-
• #160888
I don't mind, it means United will be knocked right off their fucking perch.
-
• #160889
four high quality goals from Liverpool last night. United might have been poor but Liverpool on that kind of form could have done that to anyone in the PL bar City. Mane's assist for the second and finish for the third were both special
and great post @roboto - really hope that Rooney stays there and brings you guys straight back up

Everything is clicking for Liverpool right now. Very exciting, but also brutal if they end up with nothing but the league cup.

Assuming you're a Fulham fan, fancy giving a scouting report on Carvalho? Stats look decent for you this season?

Man U sacked their global head of scouting and chief scout this morning

United are a fucking mess at the minute.
I'm just thankful they were monstrous when I was at school when it meant so much more and I needed the bragging rights. I'm not sure I'd get the same gratification, as an adult; it was already more along the lines "well that's nice" when they were excellent once more in 2007/8! :-D
I still think City will win the league - theirs to lose eh.

He can be quite hit and miss, some games he goes missing completely, other games he is outstanding, jury's out on whether he has what it takes to be successful at a big club just yet.

• #160897
Nice one, cheers. I guess at that age some inconsistency is only to be expected. Highlights certainly suggest a real talent!

I kinda wonder how a Benfica academy player ends up at Balham.
