  • Don't worry I will .

  • Does look good. Here’s hoping they make it a series with some more dial options.

  • In my opinion Rado some of the richest sunray dials. The red Captain Cook is intense!

  • 😂😂😂 Just tragic.

  • Yeah that's a popping dial. I'm keeping the Golden horse on the maybe list for the time being

  • Saw this version a while ago, was vivid indeed! Hard to capture in person. Yeah I like the Golden Horse case shape, switches it up in a collection against all the divers too.

  • Shit the bed, very nice! It wasn't live at first site because it's on a brown strap and not a nato! Love this watch. A lot of variations out there and mill versions as well and those prices are wilddd.

  • Hoping the fact that it sold out almost immediately is a strong sign for GS that it should have a permanent place in the lineup. If it became a permanent fixture it'd all but wipe out my desire for an OP. I love this watch so much.

  • Yeah looks like it really hugs the wrist there. Just kind of wished they'd pick either the pink background of the anchor or the Golden Horse as the element to stand out otherwise I feel like they're both battling it out too much.

  • It hadn't bothered me until you mentioned it but i do agree. I'd drop the horses altogether on the dial and make a feature of those on the case back instead. The horses in this pic look more subtle which I prefer but thats just the light

  • I actually like that about these - makes for a more interesting dial IMO and it's a very faithful reproduction of the original.

  • In case anyone wanted a moonswatch update. This the window of Swatch Amsterdam.

Also - everyone seems to overlook the OG ‘moonswatch’- back before the hypebeasts took up the search this was on my radar as a fun little homage.

  • I think I should take a break from this thread for a while... the desire for a GS is getting too strong

  • Those US limited editions are selling for 50-100% above retail now. They were limited to 140 pieces each which are extremely low numbers for a GS/Seiko LE. Love the mid-green (the one on the left) and the teal one.

I love love love my silver one (SBGW267). And I suspect the new dark green one (SBGW285) could be another winner.

    (Um, sorry.)

  • I have a GS at the back of my mind for a few weeks now. Trying to shake it off.

“New” watch day today. This finally came back from refurbishment, needed quite a few movement parts, some laser welding etc and hands were beyond repair… but I’m happy with the result. Thanks a lot @ejay2.0

  • Looks like they've done a very nice job. Great looking watch. Grats!

  • Provisional dibs...

I love a Mark II, if I ever do go for a Speedy, it will be one of those.
    Maybe the orange tinted one.
(couldn't afford a two tone, but is on my every lengthening "lottery win list")

  • More fuel on the fire here. I'm loving the Grey dial models

  • Noted.

I think what’s worth mentioning is the thickness of the new, automatic ones. They are chunky. This manual wind is not too bad, but still isn’t exactly slim. I will probably just about tolerate the extra height on the nato where on the new ones it isn’t really doable. Knocking on 17-18mm if you add the nato I think. They do look great though, so definitely get one 😂

  • Awesome mate , and the new hands are not too obvious against the old dial . Case looks really good. Proper good job. well done .
    Don't fucking sell it !!

  • Oh yeah that's just superb

  • I love a grey dial but for some reason the winter "Seasons" model (first one you posted, SBGA415) did not click with me. It should be total catnip to me (I love the 62GS case design) but I've tried it on twice and each time there's something that doesn't quite work. Don't know if it's how light it is, and the feel of the titanium bracelet, or the very strong milky ring the sapphire crystal has, or just how it wears. Odd one. The dial colour/texture is one of their best, I think.
