What are those snazzy rad bars?

Syncros Hixon.
They’re a carbon bar/stem one piece thing.
They look pretty cool but I’m reality are a bit of a pain in the arse as you can’t mount a light or Garmin to them.
I keep saying I’ll change back to normal bars just never get round to it.
