so many great versions of this drink, my favourite goes something like this
best served at house party with a feast of Guyanese / Trini food;
2 cups dried sorrel, (roselle/hibiscus sabdariffa)
10 cups water
3 cinnamon sticks
4 star anise, whole
2 pieces orange peel, fresh (2-3 inches)
2 tsp white sugar
I am sure I mixed this with alcohol..
it was probably last new year's eve..
