    oxtail and butterbeans (famous home cooking) off the menu, only have this for high days and holidays, i blame those celebrity chefs for the price hikery, rarely found in supermarkets or butchers, paying a premium on delivery charges currently 1kg oxtail circa £18 total, used to be less than a third of that price in store or pre order pick up.

    We do have thick cut lamb chops from our local butcher though (seasoned the Guyanese way for oven roasting) planned for Sunday Dinner.

    Still, one day this will be back on the menu when the rich people go back to eating prime cuts from the cow
