When we were looking to move three years ago, Catford was more expensive than the kinds of places we ended up looking at (East Ham, Forest Gate, grottier bits of Walthamstow). It seems like East London has overtaken it now

I looked at this house back in September and it was so depressing and creepy even my 3 year old son said he wanted to go within 5 minutes.
It's also the home of the disgraced peer lord nazir Ahmed of Rotherham which made it doubly creepy.
Cheeky git has listed it as being in Manor Park too.
