I think the market in east London is slowing down a bit. There are 3 or 4 places on the market in the Woodgrange estate that would have sold in minutes last year.
It feels like that this side of East London (E10) too. Over Xmas it was white hot but now I get the impression that people are holding fire to see how the cost of living crisis lands.
