    It feels like that this side of East London (E10) too. Over Xmas it was white hot but now I get the impression that people are holding fire to see how the cost of living crisis lands.

  • I've noticed less property coming onto the market as well, I assume people afraid to move for the same reasons. Swings and roundabouts?

  • apparently out West it's grinding to a halt too, buying as well as selling.
