What made you go for those tyres?

I read a lot of reviews and I like a front tyre that feels quite planted and don't mind too much if the rear tyre slides a bit.
I felt I needed a tyre with more volume than the 700x40c WTB Nanos I was using before.

Plus they were quite cheap.

Good to hear, I have been looking at the Vittoria Mezcal as my next tyre when the Ultrabites have worn, will go bigger than the current limit 50mm hence looking at those.

But this is possibly another one to add and think about, thanks
