    Spec:
23" Bob Jackson Vigorelli frame. I ordered this in 2010, and asked for extra bottle cage mounts, drilling for brakes, and mudguard eyelets.

    Shimano Dura Ace headset

    Campag Record Pista BB
1/8" NJS track chain, screw type link. I have extra links

Phil Wood 17T and 18T cogs
    Phil Wood lockring
    Phil Wood domes
    Open Pro
    Built by Harry Rowland

SystemEX hub, bearings replaced with high end sealed units
    Open Pro rim
Built by Putney Cycles, as was

Jack Brown Mile Muncher 700c 25.5mm black tan tyres. Still have their whiskers

    Shimano brakes
    Shimano cables, new
    Koolstop Salmon pads
SRAM single speed levers. The lever shape works very well with the bars. Adjustable for reach - I have them quite close

    Nitto seatpost
    Concor saddle

    Ritchey Classic EvoCurve bars 42cm
    Ritchey stem
    Quill stem adapter
    Lizard Skins tape, gel pads

As to condition, this bike has always been stored in dry conditions, and even when used as my commute bike for some years, I stored it in an office. The bike has almost always had mudguards fitted. Brake track wear is very slight. Paint is in excellent order. Some crazing to the decals as shown.

Hopefully the images will provide detail, please ask if not.

    £350

I am not comfortable packing / posting this. Collection from TW1 or other suitable agreed arrangement.

  • Dibs pm coming

  • I would be coming as well @revenant if a bike with that spec at that price was in my size but I wouldn't feel the need to dibs my pleasuring!

  • Ha - autocorrect from pm!

  • Hi Revenant.
Dibs noted - but no PM from you. Can you clarify, as there are other interested parties? What’s the correct form here, first to dib, or first to PM?

  • Gah - sorry had a work call.

I think fair form is first pm - so I will stand down.

Just don't sell it to a flipper!

  • What a lovely bike. And what a price. I really hope this goes to someone in the community here

  • What a bargain

  • This is cheaper than most of the rat bikes I've been eyeing up.

  • I'd buy it but I would end up stripping it to put the components on a larger frame...then you'd all hate me.

  • What a lovely thing.

  • In my mind, first to pay is correct form. Dibs is worthless without follow up PM pretty much straight away, followed by prompt payment once payment details have been provided.

  • If I lived anywhere reasonable to collect then I'd already be there putting £20 notes through your letter box.

Absolute cracker for some lucky soul.

  • The bike is on hold pending collection / payment.

Thanks to all who expressed interest. I shall miss this bike but need to put the emotions aside. Onwards!

  • Great bike at a great price, really hope not to see this parted out on eBay

  • For reals

  • Dibs if still available

  • Thanks to all who expressed interest. The bike is now sold.
