My next door neighbour expressed surprise I cycle to work when I go in. He said he gets a cab into the city when he has to go in, all the way. He probably thinks I'm an uber driver actually based on my car.

Don't worry that itch to get a nice Range Rover on the drive will come.
It is a crazy price for that house but I'm not surprised it's up for that tbh, I'm the other side of the flats at the top of Odessa Road and all the the houses round here are pretty pokey. Seems to be the trend that as soon as people have a kid the desire for the big house dream becomes uncontrollable. North of Romford Road there's not that much stock apart from where you are and Capel road area. If you mention south of Romford road people just look at you like you've farted in their mouth.
