33 mins seems a bit strong. I walked to the tube the other day and it was 25 mins. Also cycling to nursery in e11 for the drop off and collect takes 8 mins.
Apparently they are going to open a little waitrose 4 mins walk from my house.

Also I dont understand grids of spotlights in bedrooms. Who needs that much light?

More insanity from the place that must not be named.
This house was 400k odd in 2014. Sure its had work done to it but no more than about 150ks worth I'd say. It's nice. It's not to my taste but it's alright.
But the price ? Surely this insanity has to end soon.
