This is superb, love every bit of it.

Thanks. These tyres are just right. But still lots of space.
42mm GK did not feel right, they were way too small (and also another shade of green 🙈).

Looks great. Needs woodchippers and better pedals.

I’ve had Woodchippers. They’re the worst of both worlds. Ugly, and forces your wrist into a horrible angle.
Never again -

How are you finding the WTB tyres? I think they’re running the same deal as I got some massively discounted from wiggle a couple of weeks ago!

I know

The exposures?
I actually quite like them, but they’re obviously not a race tyre. They don’t have any cuts in the rubber and I haven’t had a puncture here in DK with tons of flint.
I run them with butyl tubes, but I think they would be much better if set up tubeless - that would give them that last subtleness that I’m missing a bit. -

Yeah the expoures- I'm glad you like them, I couldn't resist the wiggle deal! Should be fine for some light bike path rides I reckon.
Shwalbes on the genesis look great too btw !

Spotted this on DBA, thought it looked familiar!

Hah, yeah, too many projects not enough time. Only the frameset is worth keeping imo, but could be built up very nice

There's the jumble on Stefansgade on Monday...

It's fit

Went to a bike jumble in Copenhagen today. Weather was nice and I found some stuff I needed.
Some very worn pedals, a power saddle and a cute little Salsa clamp in 30.0.
If anyone can tell me why Salsa clamps are out of stock everywhere, please share.

So good! Dropper next!
-
• #118
Is that doable with 27.2?
I think I’m alright with it being pure XC though. Denmark is so flat. -
• #120
I see.. How is it when extended? Stiff? Or does it wiggle and bounce a bit?
-
• #121
I've never had a different dropper to compare it to, but the action up and down seems really smooth and positive, and when it's up and I'm pedalling it isn't noticeable, I don't think about it.

Vagabond got some new rubber via @Hulsroy. Excess steerer, seatpost and paint is temporary
