Tbf I would question your objectivity given you (quite understandably) made about 2,000 offers on properties on the aldersbrook estate recently.
Crumbs I've just realised I live on an estate.
It's all a bit suburban isn't it. Whatever next ? Missionary once a week on Friday nights and religiously cutting the lawn on Sundays?

My mate just moved last year from 87 Herongate rd, transition was from Stoke newington to e17 to there then Cornwall, natural progression
