Huh? No derailleur hanger or cable bosses, the wrong rear spacing and a very high bottom bracket
Oh and no brakes 😃

Push the rear triangles aparty for more spacing. It's fine with steel
High bottom bracket - does that matter?
Drill holes for rim brake calipers, or braze on some disc brake mounts.
I concede that it would be rather perverse. But I would do it, just for fun
