why the power reserve triggers people so hard
Personally, I really like the addition of a power reserve but 9/10 I'm not a fan of how they're implemented. A bit like some date windows.
I'm sure it's down to the mechanisms but they've usually got a windscreen wiper vibe opposing the other hands. My preference is when they're like these:

Never understood why the power reserve triggers people so hard. I don't mind it at all and I kind of like that it has become a signature of the spring drive watches.
