Those aren’t necessarily linked. Imagine a bike with a very slack seat tube. To get your desired optimal position, it may be required to slam the saddle all the way forward. Add to that a long torso and/or long arms, and you have the same scenario as in the picture.

Still waiting on a 110 6 Deg for off road (10 Deg pictured), but it's rapid as hell with the 130. Could easily do fast road rides on this thing.
