Why run what looks like at least a 130mm stem and then slam the saddle rails all the way forward?
Those aren’t necessarily linked. Imagine a bike with a very slack seat tube. To get your desired optimal position, it may be required to slam the saddle all the way forward. Add to that a long torso and/or long arms, and you have the same scenario as in the picture.
Why run what looks like at least a 130mm stem and then slam the saddle rails all the way forward? Surely that much seatpost extension is also tempting fate on a "gravel" bike
