Been building this up today- not exactly a renovation and not exactly period correct, but kind of keeping with period.
1958 JRJ frame- It had been repainted by Bob Jackson some point in the 80s so had those horrible 80's style BJ decals on the down tube. I found some NOS varnish fix JRJ decals, so stripped the paint/decals on the DT, replaced with the JRJ decal and touched in the paint. Clear coat is a bit rough, but then so is the paint I didn't touch in, so all in all it looks the part I think.
