Depends on drop I guess, but it sounds about right.
Different situation, my folks had one when they put a bathroom in the pitch of the roof. Although the waste was still on the back of the house it was way over from the other waste pipes and the limited floor/ceiling height meant there was no room for a drop.
If you think about the downside you can understand why builders would rather suggest a macerator.
