My neighbour had one last summer. Pretty similar condition. I helped him with a few running repairs and it was all pretty simple. Fairing bolts are usually a mixed bag, there are lots of spares available though. It's a sweet engine.

If it's straight, shifts smooth and doesn't smoke, everything else is just consumables.
Great handling bikes - would be a lot more fun than the Bird.
