What's your budget?
Pretty much any bike which you think isn't ULEZ compliant can become ULEZ compliant - you just pay for the official ULEZ emissions test https://www.bikerandbike.co.uk/how-to-get-a-motorcycle-emissions-test-and-beat-the-ulez-charge/ Car owners cannot use this dodge. It's one of the many privileges of being a biker!
If the bike really is a filth machine and really shouldn't pass, you can give it a fighting chance with a petrol additive https://www.halfords.com/motoring/engine-oils-and-fluids/fuel-and-oil-additives/millers-petrol-power-ecomax-500ml-166788.html
After years of bombing about London on an A1 licence, I just passed my big bike test and I'm looking for a first big bike/scooter. Anyone got anything at the budget end? I would consider anything really, either a sensible ULEZ compliant motorwar cruiser or for kicks a '90s CBR 600 or similar!
