Pretty confident they would fit, sounds like similar clearance to mine (2020 Trek Crockett). Welcome to come and try them if @MrKeith doesn’t take them.

If I've currently got 40mm tyres on 700c, with a fraction of clearance, what's the chances that I can fit 47mm on 650b?
