Have you tried a different file? Maybe it's too large a file, too word a colour palette, etc. Avatars must be small.

Doing it from a mobile device, only options it offers me is drag and drop (which I don't think I can do) or it prompts me to take a photo with the camera, no upload option from what I can see. So I'm just attempting to take a picture and it hasn't worked. Maybe it's the colours, I try a different photo I guess.

Try a laptop if you want to upload a file.

Websites can hint at what a mobile should do, but this is not a native app and it's the mobile device browser and OS that determine what will be offered to you as an option.

Having read the forum rules, I know the restrictions on placing classified for sale ads on other sites/forums is a no go.

Does the same rule apply to placing a wanted ad ? It does not stipulate that you can't but I thought it best to check prior to placing my wanted ad.

I have already made the same request on another forum.

A definitive answer would be much appreciated as I have no desire to breach the forum rules.
