They're starting to pop up online with some chunky discounts on certain models and not flying off the shelves. My local jewelers have had this in the window for over a month plus a few other models at over 20% off so maybe they'll be a 3k watch brand soon one way or the other. Tempted?

When i saw it i thought that was a good price then without going in immediately went straight over the road to try on a BB 58 and that was before I'd watched this

The black face version is better but even so, it's just so flat a lifeless. No one is picking that over a BB 58 for the same money. And the less descerning customer celebrating their promotion to regional deputy manager is probably picking an Aquaracer.
In other news I keep seeing these new Oris Propilot and they've really caught my eye.

Genuinely wonder who buys these. Or any Bremont for that matter. Even ignoring the BB58, why bother with that when you could get an arguably as good Seiko SPB for far less money or an SLA with arguably far better finishing, timekeeping and actual heritage for about the same?
I'd question whether it's actually worthwhile having a 90% custom movement and pricing yourself at the edge of Omega. If they want to go for that £5k market it feels they need to be fully making their own or they should embrace the fact they use a good LJP one, polish it a bit, spend the rest of the effort on design and case finishing and go for the <£3k market with Longines.
