It’s covered in 2.12.007, 1.6:

Recrossing the finish line in the direction of the race while still
displaying body number or frame number

He should be fined CHF 200, no relegation option. Pls read the rules.

I’d have dq’d him. It’s fine on a mountain stage when the team buses are back down the finishing climb, but not in a one day race on a flat finish.

It’s a fine on a mountain stage, unless they take their numbers off. The rule is clear.

I’m not a fan of the rules, just a fan of them being applied consistently. RIP supertuck.
